From Illness January to Energy Abundant March, an update….

I’ve not left the sight of my goal, this would have happened in the past, no doubt about it, but it is just too important, and I’m getting good results, and the changes in me are too big to deny myself following through.

Two Months from being in hospital with an attack of colitis, I would go as far as to says as far as I’m concerned, I don’t have IBD anymore. This might be a case of positive thinking, but I don’t have any symptoms, if it is dormant then I don’t care. I know already that it won’t be coming back. I’ve stopped taking all my medication, 2 weeks ago. All that extra acid that was going into me wasn’t needed. Thanks anyway.

An update on how I feel: I don’t have any cravings at all, for sugar, carbs, anything. I feel an abundance of energy, I’m so productive now, all I want to do is learn and work out. There isn’t enough time in the day it seems. Time management ideas are more than welcome. The gym is getting easier, my bones ache less, not even one stomach cramp or symptom of discomfort since January. Considering I’d have pain every day for 6 years or more I’d say my results stand as testimony for anyone wishing to follow the ph miracle views on diet and lifestyle.

Between me and my brother we have our parents slowly taking notice and trying this stuff, who doesn’t want to feel better when they realise all their health problems can be improved by realising they are down to an over acidic lifestyle.

After cleansing I went back to juicing on a morning, salads made up my other meals, snacking on seeds and nuts and all things alkaline. Then a week into my returning to "normal" (this is how i see normal now) my brother David set me another goal, I would say challenge but I’m not that competitive and I’d rather do it and feel like I was enjoying it. I don’t want to feel like I’m struggling.

The goal was to achieve a 6 pack in 6 weeks and to be honest, I don’t care overly, I would like to firm up a bit and lose some fat here and there but this isn’t important to me. I’m only doing it to prove him it can’t be done. Be nice if it did though. I’m only 2 weeks into it, and I think it’s doing me some good.

The rules are these, as written by David…
  • Yoga or stretches for at least 20 minutes to release toxins and acids from the muscles tissues and rebalance the body mechanically. All the while rebalancing the endocrine system and bring more calm and peace into your awareness.
  • 5 to 7 days a week aerobic exercise – sticking to appropriate warm up and cool down heart rate range and the targeted main component heart rate in the fat burning zone.  Warm up and cool down 10-12 minutes and fat burning zone for 20-40 minutes.
  • 2-3 sets of 15 reps, all over body workout 2-5 times a week, with machines/bands/free weights. No abdominal work though!
  • Alkalise Liquidise Energise – as many juices and soups as you like. With soups 70/30 or 80/20 rule such as 20% butter beans and 80% vegetables. Plenty of good salts and oil with soups too. Also ground linseeds to add extra aminos and efa’s.
  • 6 to 10 litres of alkalised water and/or greendrink with lemon or lime to add taste and extra alkalinity if needed/wanted.
  • At least 15 tablespoons of cold pressed oils spread throughout the day.
  • Magnesium tablets as often as you like.
